Todd has conducted searches in all functional areas within development, construction, architecture and engineering, including general contracting, construction management, design-build, program management, development, architecture and accounting.
Todd Justic joined Carlyle Group in 1996 and manages the firm’s Development, Construction, Architecture and Engineering Practice, which he formed in 2002 and subsequently expanded nationwide. His primary responsibilities include business development, identifying executive-level talent, and client management.
Todd has fulfilled numerous recruiting assignments for positions including director of development, vice president of design and construction, MEP coordinator, electrical engineer, structural engineer, director of construction, marketing director, national director of corporate safety, project manager, architect, estimator, general superintendent, quality control manager and director of pre-construction, as well as for positions in virtually every functional area of the industry segment.
He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Todd has a BA in marketing, with honors, from DePaul University.
