With more than 20 years of financial and operational experience within the professional services environment, Mirjana Schultz has a solid track record of helping leadership teams achieve substantial revenue growth and profitability.
Mirjana joined Carlyle Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Her responsibilities encompass the financial and strategic operations for the firm. She is a key member of the Executive Management Team as well as the Board of Directors, and has earned a reputation as an ethical and strategic advisor.
Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Mirjana served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Talent Intelligence Inc., a risk management solutions provider to the global Fortune 500 that consulted at the Board and CEO level. She had complete oversight of the firm's accounting practices including financial reporting, strategic planning, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, and banking. She was also responsible for overseeing human resources, internal recruiting, lease negotiation, and marketing.
Earlier, Mirjana spent 12 years with A.T. Kearney as Chief Financial Officer. She helped drive the firm to its position as a leading global executive search firm by devising programs to exponentially increase revenue and advance its professional staff, while implementing best practices, quality metrics, and enhancing utilization.
Mirjana received a BS in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois. She also participates on several non-profit Boards.
